Who should participate?
If you are a new STEM student, or a recently admitted student in one of MassBay’s science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) programs, you should attend this event.
What is the purpose of this event?
During this STEM Division Welcome and Introduction event, you will have opportunities to mingle with your new classmates as well as meet your STEM department chairs, instructors, staff including deans and administrators. You'll learn about your academic program directly from your faculty or department chair, and other resources including academic and transfer advising, tutoring and learning support services. You will discover our exciting array of co-curricular programs including the STEM Mentor program. You’ll also learn about internship and scholarship opportunities available to STEM students throughout the year.
