Student Discussion at MassBay

“We talk to health and human services agencies every day, and they tell us the number one issue we are dealing with is workforce and MassBay is right at the center of solving that problem.”
—  Martin Cohen, President and CEO, Metrowest Health Foundation

To help students complete their programs, MassBay provides essential student services, including advising, tutoring, financial aid, career counseling, computer labs, and study space. At MassBay, students have opportunities to enrich their college experience through leadership roles, participation in activities, and internships with local businesses, civic organizations, and K-12 schools. As a result, MassBay alumni/ae become teachers and college professors, entrepreneurs and business owners, health and human services professionals, lawyers and elected officials, thriving in their professions and helping to create a better world.

“The role MassBay Community College plays in workforce development is critical to so many industries in the region, but none more than medical services.”
