The Wellesley Hills campus cafeteria is undergoing renovations.

On the MassBay Wellesley Hills campus, the cafeteria is located on the first floor, near the front entrance. The new kitchen and food service area will be completed in 2026. Currently, there are vending machines for beverages, candy, processed food, and health food in the cafeteria, with microwaves available. A temporary food service sells sandwiches, pasta dishes, tea and coffee in a small space to the left of the front entrance to the school.
On the MassBay Framingham and Ashland campuses, there are vending machines and food trucks.
