Health Sciences Admissions Process
What is Selective Admissions?
There are two distinct applications required for admissions to the Health Sciences programs:
MassBay Community College Application
If you’ve never previously enrolled at MassBay, you must first complete and submit a MassBay Community College Application, and select your target health sciences program on page 2. Once your application has been processed, you will be classified as a General Studies student with a concentration in your target health Sciences program. This will be your MassBay student classification until you have completed your target Health Sciences program’s admissions requirements, as well as the College’s general education requirements and the co-requisite requirements for your program’s degree or certificate. When you are accepted and enrolled, you need to receive immunizations before you attend classes as a full-time student. Please file the General Student Immunization Form.

Links to complete and submit the program application packets and to view the program overview webpages are shown in the below table. Program applications and supporting documentation are accepted up to one year in advance of the application deadlines.
Health Sciences students must also file a second Immunization Form for Health Sciences Students, and meet Health Sciences — Health and Background Check Requirements
