Request Transcript

Current and former MassBay students may order an official transcript or enrollment verification through Parchment using the link below.
  • Official transcripts can be sent electronically or mailed as a hard copy to the institution, employer, or individual you designate.
  • Enrollment verifications are available in electronic format only.

MassBay processes all official transcript requests and enrollment verifications exclusively through Parchment.

Please note: We do not accept in-person transcript requests. All transcript and enrollment verification requests must be submitted through Parchment.

Official Transcripts 
Official Electronic Transcript ($3.50 fee)
Sent electronically to you or a third party. If you are requesting a transcript for transfer credit evaluation at another institution, we recommend having the transcript sent directly to the receiving institution.
 
Official Mailed Transcript ($6.45 fee)
Sent through USPS using the "Print & Mailed" option. Expedited FedEx delivery is available for an additional fee.
 

Unofficial Transcripts

Current Students
  • Log in to Bay Navigator to access your unofficial transcript.
  • Watch step-by-step video tutorials at Bay Navigator Help Center.
Former Students Email registrar@massbay.edu from your personal email account and include:
Requests for unofficial transcripts must be submitted directly from the student's own email address
    • MassBay Student ID
    • Date of Birth
    • Current Full Name
    • Previous/Maiden Name (if applicable)
    • Current Address (indicate if it has changed)
    • Personal Email Address
    • Cell Phone Number
    • Approximate Dates of Attendance
    • Recipient email address for the unofficial transcript

Enrollment Verifications

Enrollment verifications can be ordered through Parchment and are delivered electronically only. The fee is $3.50.
Enrollment verifications may include:
  • Current or past enrollment status
  • Major/program of study
  • Degree awarded (if applicable)

Proof of Non-Enrollment

MassBay does not issue separate Proof of Non-Enrollment documents. Students who need documentation confirming they are not currently enrolled should request an official Enrollment Verification through Parchment. The verification will indicate that there is no active registration and can be used in place of a Proof of Non-Enrollment document.
