Due to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases brought on by the omicron variant, the spring semester at MassBay will now start on Tuesday, January 25 (rather than January 18). All classes — remote, online, and face-to-face — will begin the week of Tuesday, January 25.
Parchment Electronic Transcript or Enrollment Verification Request Service →
Current and former MassBay students may order official transcripts or enrollment verifications online for $2.75 each through Parchment, our authorized transcript provider. Transcripts or enrollment verifications can be sent electronically or mailed in hard copy to the institution or individual you designate. Tracking capabilities are included in Parchment processing.
You will need to create a Parchment account to make a request. If you do not already have one, select “New Learner Account” on the login screen if this is your first time using Parchment. Current students may also access Parchment from your Bay Navigator account. To make the request in Bay Navigator, click on Self-Service, then Academic Record. The first time you will need to provide additional information to set up your Parchment account.
Chrome and Firefox are the preferred browsers for Parchment.
