The Office of the Registrar maintains student academic records and ensures that student rights are protected under the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Transcripts, grades, enrollment verification, and graduation verification available.

FOR TRANSCRIPTS: Please print, fill out and present this form, either in person or by paper mail.

The Office of the Registrar is located on the first floor of the Carey Building on Wellesley Hills Campus and on the first floor of the Framingham campus.

Note: A request for transcripts “On Demand” requires a $10.00 fee in cash, for each copy of official transcript. Up to 20 per year, official transcripts are mailed free, 21 or more requires $5.00 fee per copy. E-mailing or faxing-in requests for official transcripts is not a secure way of exchanging information and we strongly discourage you from doing so. Furthermore, transcripts cannot be e-mailed or faxed.

Public Records Requests and Inquiries

Public records requests made to MassBay Community College are governed by Massachusetts Public Records Law, which provides that every person has a right to access publicly available information.

Guidelines for Requesting Public Records Information

To assist members of the public with making a request, we put together Guidelines for Requesting Public Records Information. Please read the document carefully before making a PublicRecords Request.

Although not required, requests for public records should be submitted in writing in order to ensure that the College accurately and completely responds to your request. A request for public records should include:

  • Description of specific records being requested;
  • Date parameters for the public records being requested;
  • Name of person or organization requesting the public records; and
  • The requesting person’s/organization’s contact information.
