Welcome to the Facilities Department at MassBay Community College.

Facilities is excited to announce the new facility scheduling and work order software that we will be using effective July 1, 2018. This software (FMX) will allow you to easily submit and track maintenance requests.
We are connected to FMX through our active directory so your login information will be the same as your work email.
Follow the instructions below to log in:
- Open your internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) Navigate to https://massbay.gofmx.com/login
- Click on Submit a Maintenance Request button.
- Enter your MassBay Email address and your password.
- Click the Sign In button to log in to FMX.
Any open work orders that are in the existing work order system will remain open until completed.
