Interested in making a difference in other people's lives and in your community? MassBay’s Education and Human Services program prepares students for work that makes an impact.
MassBay offers associate degree programs that prepare students for transfer into bachelor's degree programs in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Human Services, as well as certificate programs that prepare graduates for direct entry into the work force. Our graduates enter meaningful careers as educators in preschools, childcare centers, elementary schools, afterschool programs, or as social workers at community centers to support people in need via a social worker certificate.
