The Office of the Registrar is dedicated to supporting students, faculty, staff, and alumni by maintaining accurate academic records and upholding student rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). We provide a wide range of essential services, including: course registration updates, academic records and transcripts, enrollment and graduation services, scheduling and calendars, maintaining FERPA and student privacy.

You may complete Guest Student Registration Form. If you have any questions, contact our office email address: registrar@massbay.edu
Please be aware that guest students are not eligible for federal financial aid or the Massachusetts free community college programs.

Guest Students: 

If you’re a guest student and the course(s) you’re looking to enroll in require proof of completion of a pre/co-requisite(s), please complete and submit a Guest Student Registration Form. On this form, you may self-certify that you have completed the required requisite(s) within the Self-Certification of Pre-Requisite section.

Degree-Seeking Students: 

You can meet with your advisor (advisor assignment can be found on the home page of your Bay Navigator account) and schedule an appointment to meet with them to see if you have met the prerequisite/what options are available to you. If you do not have an assigned advisor, you can email advisingcenter@massbay.edu for further assistance.

To view your term grades:

  • Log into your Bay Navigator account via OneLogin.
  • Click on the Academic Records and Grades tile.
  • Select View my Grades from the list of options. 

To view grades for a different term: 

  • Click the Change Term button.
  • Choose the desired term.
  • Click Continue to refresh the grade display for that term.
