Frequently Asked Questions
Once you’ve registered for your courses, visit the MassBay Online Bookstore via the tile on MassBay's One Login or via massbay.eCampus.com to view and purchase your required textbooks. Simply enter your course information to see a list of materials your instructors have chosen for your class.
After logging into the MassBay Online Bookstore, select your term, campus, and courses. The site will show exactly which books are required, optional, or recommended for each class.
Note, you can also select eTextbooks or used textbooks and save some money!
No! As is the trend in colleges and universities across the country, MassBay has transitioned to an all-online bookstore. All textbooks and supplies you need for your classes will be available exclusively online. Please plan ahead to ensure timely delivery or select digital options where available.
Yes! All students, regardless of which MassBay campus you attend classes in, will use the MassBay Online Bookstore to submit your orders. You may choose to have your orders delivered to your home, or you may pick up on the first floor of the MassBay Wellesley campus at 50 Oakland Street.
When purchasing textbooks, course supplies, or MassBay apparel, you will choose your delivery method:
- Ship to home: 5-7 days and shipping costs may apply for books and supplies
- Ship to the Wellesley campus: 2-4 days and no shipping costs for textbooks. Shipping costs may apply for course supplies (non-textbooks) and MassBay apparel. Students may pick up their purchases on the first floor of the MassBay campus in Wellesley. More information will be provided concerning hours of operation for pick up, as well as instructions for pick up during after hours.
- Immediate access for electronic books and access code texts. For materials available electronically, you will receive an access code which will enable you to immediately access those materials.
Yes. Students can select new, used, rental, or e‑textbook versions based on pricing, preference, and availability.
eCampus partners with VitalSource Bookshelf, allowing students to access, highlight, note, and print chapters on multiple devices. For more information, visit ecampus.com.
A wide range of MassBay spirit wear is available online at The Buc Stop. Have items shipped to your home or to the designated pick-up location on the first floor of MassBay’s Wellesley campus.
Students using financial aid to purchase textbooks can do so through the MassBay Online Bookstore.

If you received a Student Government Association (SGA) book voucher, you’ll use it through MassBay Online Bookstore. Instructions will be provided by the Student Development office. For questions, email studentdev@massbay.edu.
An online Bookstore enables our students to conveniently order the textbooks and materials they need for their MassBay courses. With an option to rent and buy textbooks, along with electronic options, we believe the Online Bookstore will be a less expensive option for our students.
