Are you on campus after hours? You're not alone! Below are some of the key services available to you.
If you are a MassBay student, faculty member, or staff member, the officers of the MassBay Department of Public Safety are happy to provide you with a walking safety escort to or from your vehicle.
You can request a safety escort during the day or evening hours.
Request a walking safety escort by calling 781-239-2699 or by visiting one of the Public Safety locations at Wellesley, Framingham, or Ashland.
Select advisors offer evening appointments from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for students assigned to their caseloads. Students can log in to OneLogin > Bay Bridge > Academic Advising, Coaching, and Transfer Center to view their advisor’s availability and schedule an evening appointment, if available. Student may also email advisingcenter@massbay.edu to request an evening appointment.

Counseling Services offers evening hours on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm for Telehealth sessions, by appointment.

Evening hours for Career Services are Monday 4 PM to 7 PM, Tuesday 5 PM to 8 PM, Thursday 5 PM to 8 PM, Friday 4 PM to 8 PM.

The Academic Achievement Center (AAC) offers evening academic support through the Math Homework Center and Reading & Writing Center, with both appointment-based and drop-in options available.
Math Homework Center: Monday and Wednesday until 6:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday until 7:00 PM. The center is always available on a walk-in basis, and no appointment is needed.
Reading & Writing Center: Monday and Wednesday until 6:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday until 8:00 PM. Students can schedule appointments through TracCloud, and drop-ins are always welcome.
24/7 Online Tutoring: Students can also access free, live online tutoring through Brainfuse at any time, including evenings and weekends. Brainfuse is available through OneLogin.
These services provide students with flexible options for academic support outside of regular daytime hours.

The Wellesley Hills Campus Library is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., providing students with access to computers, printing, study spaces, reference assistance, and reader services. The Library is located on the second floor of the Carey Building.
In addition to on-campus services, the Library offers 24/7 remote assistance through text messaging and chat. These services are staffed by professional librarians who can provide assistance based on the Library’s resources and policies. Support is also available through the Library’s email account.
Students, faculty, and staff have access to an extensive collection of electronic resources, including eBooks, streaming videos, and article databases. These resources are available both on campus and remotely from home.
