Join the SGA! Elections are held every September
The Student Government Association (SGA) is the student governing body at MassBay, and is open to all students. SGA represents the official voice of the student body and student opinion on issues that affect all MassBay students.
SGA is comprised of twenty (20) elected students as well as several volunteers. These students meet regularly with faculty, staff, and administrators to improve the quality of the student experience at MassBay. SGA meetings are open to all students, faculty, and staff members.

Duties: To conduct all full SGA meetings, hold two office hours per week, meet with President Podell monthly, attend at least one standing committee per week, and represent MassBay.

Duties in Your Role: I am a senator and my role is to listen to student concerns. I am also supposed to represent the needs of the student body and make decisions in the community's best interests.

Why you joined SGA: I joined the SGA because I wanted to make the school a better and more inclusive place. I want to help out whenever I can around the school.
