Liz Kinsman

Elizabeth Kinsman has been the SUCCESS Initiative Manager since 2021 when it was first established. A proud MassBay alumna, Liz brings a deep understanding of student experiences and college operations, having worked across multiple departments throughout her career. Her previous roles include Administrative Assistant in the Academic Achievement Center and Executive Assistant for the Chief Academic Officer (Provost).

In her current role, Liz collaborates with staff across campus to ensure wraparound support services are provided to MassBay’s unrepresented students. She draws on her extensive institutional knowledge to identify and remove barriers that hinder student enrollment, persistence, and graduation.

Liz earned Associate Degrees in Psychology/Sociology/Anthropology and Criminal Justice from MassBay, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Bridgewater State University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Higher Education at UMass Amherst.
