Fielding Vaughn became a part of the MassBay Community in August 2019 serving as the Associate Director of Athletics, Recreation, and Wellness. He aids in the supervision of all intercollegiate athletic programs, NJCAA eligibility, and compliance . Fielding also serves as the head Esports coach at Massbay. The Philadelphia native graduated from Slippery Rock University of PA with a BS in Sport Management and a Master’s in Public Administration from Baruch College in NY.
