Dejour Hollins

Dejour Hollins is a Coordinator of Student Engagement, Identity, and Belonging at MassBay Community College, where he works with students across the college’s three campuses to create meaningful opportunities for connection, leadership, and community building. In this role, he develops programs and initiatives that support student engagement, identity exploration, and a strong sense of belonging Including the DREAM Program. He has worked in higher education supporting student success, access, and community engagement, and is passionate about creating spaces where all students feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive both inside and outside the classroom. He holds a Master oe f Education in Community Engagement from Merrimack College and will be pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership.
