Brenda Egan

Eva is originally from Lima, Peru, and joined the MassBay Career Services team in fall 2026 as a Career Mentor and STEM Program Specialist. Prior to MassBay, she worked at higher education institutions across the Greater Boston area, most recently in the Registrar’s Office at Harvard Business School, where she supported first-year MBA students and assisted international students navigating the work authorization process. Eva holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and a Master of Education degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Eva is passionate about helping students from diverse backgrounds feel welcomed, supported, and empowered throughout their educational journey. She is excited to be a part of the MassBay community and to support students as they explore their career possibilities and develop professional skills, connecting them with resources and opportunities available through the Career Services office.
