Sarah Salerno

Sarah Salerno is the Assistant Dean of Advising Resources & Technology at MassBay Community College. Since joining MassBay in 2002, she has served in a variety of roles across Academic & Transfer Advising, Admissions, and Retention. These experiences, along with her educational background, have prepared her well for her current work implementing student success technologies. In this role, Sarah partners with student services departments and academic divisions to support faculty and staff in championing student success. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Saint Michael’s College and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Suffolk University.
