Bio: Westwood resident Jaqueline Ng reignited her love of learning and her passion of writing when she started taking classes at MassBay. After battling a debilitating illness during high school and barely graduating, she started by taking one class at MassBay in Child Development. This class soon had Jackie rediscovering her love of literature and writing.
One of the highlights during her time at MassBay was taking Dr. Jeanie Tietjen’s English Honors class and having the amazing opportunity to present her research on the Kardashian-Jenner family’s widespread social influence at the Massachusetts Statewide Undergraduate Research Conference at UMass Amherst. Since beginning her educational path here, she has flourished in her courses, maintaining 4.0 GPA every semester. During MassBay’s 56th Commencement ceremony she was honored with the Divisional Award for Humanities and Social Sciences and the All-College Award for her 4.0 GPA.

Jackie will continue her studies this Fall at UMass Boston as an English major and she hopes to become an English professor and write professionally.
