Quincy’s presidential food tour explores history and local cuisine

QUINCY, Mass. — Quincy, Mass., known as the “City of Presidents”, offers a Presidential Food Tour that combines the city’s rich history with its vibrant culinary scene.

Allison, who teaches a class on tourism at MassBay Community College in Wellesley, said her students’ final project is to write a food tour for their hometown. In this case, the teacher became the student as Allison researched her own city’s presidential connections.
