Are you completing an unpaid or underfunded internship? MassBay’s Internship Scholarship Program provides financial support to help you pursue meaningful work experience with nonprofit, municipal, and other mission- driven organizations.

Eligibility Requirements

To apply, you must:

Be currently enrolled at MassBay
Have completed 12+ MassBay credits
Be in good academic and disciplinary standing
Have an internship lasting at least 8+ weeks and 12+ hours/week
Have an internship that is unpaid or underfunded (verified by Career Services)
Not receiving another scholarship for the same internship

Rolling review; applying does not guarantee an award.

What the Scholarship Provides

Funding distributed in three payments directly to you
Payments tied to active participation in your internship
Required midpoint check-in, final check-in, and reflection submission
