Linda Romero, MS in Education

An instructor in early childhood and elementary education at MassBay for twenty years, Professor Romero has had a wide range of teaching, supervisory and administrative roles in early education settings. She is the Project Director for the Career Pathways Grant, funded by the MA Department of Early Education and Care. Having begun her career teaching in Honduras, she is particularly interested in the needs of emergent bilingual students and has done research on how early educators can be more effective with diverse learners. She has a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and an M.S. in Education from Wheelock College.
