At the Office of Engagement, Identity, and Belonging, we are dedicated to fostering an environment where every member of our community feels valued, seen, and supported.

The unveiling of this mural is a testament to our shared vision of belonging—a celebration of diversity, resilience, and transformation. As part of our mission to create a space where students and staff can thrive, this mural symbolizes how far we’ve come as a community and the unlimited potential of where we can go. At MassBay, we believe that when you Start Here, you can truly Go Anywhere—and the bonds we build within our campus community are the foundation of that success.
