Due to high volume phone calls and emails, for faster service we recommend you stop by our office in person. Otherwise, please allow up to 3 business days for an email response. Email: finaid@massbay.edu.

Holiday Closure & Remote Services Notice

The Financial Aid Office will be closed the week of December 22–26. We will reopen the following week with remote services only.

From December 29 through January 3, all administrative services, including Financial Aid, will be offered remotely. Our staff will be available by email and phone during this time.

Regular in-person services will resume the week of January 5.
