Radiologic Technology Program Effectiveness Data
The performance of this program is reported through program effectiveness data as defined by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT):
Completion Rate: January 1 through December 31, 2016
This is the number of students that begin the program divided by the number of students that actually complete the program. This is an annual measurement. The program’s completion rate for 2016 was 94%. Sixteen of the seventeen students, who started the program, completed the program.
Credentialing Examination Pass Rate: 2012–2016
This is the number of students that pass the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification examination on the first attempt. This data is averaged over a five-year span. The program’s credentialing examination pass rate as stated as an average over the years 2012–2016 is 84%. Sixty-four of the seventy-six graduates taking the ARRT licensing examination passed on the first attempt.
Job Placement Rate: 2012–2016
This data is collected to determine the number of students that gain employment within twelve months of graduation versus the number that graduate. This data is averaged over a five-year span. The program’s employment rate as stated as an average over the years 2012–2016, for the data received is 84%. The employment rate for the reported 2016 graduating class is 85%. Fourteen students out of seventeen students who responded to the survey and actively sought employment, gained employment within six months.
