All 15 of MassBay Community College’s graduating nursing students have passed the National Council Licensure Examination.

MassBay Nursing education prepares students to take the National Council Licensure Examination and ranks at the top of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing Licensure with a 100% pass rate for both Associate Degree Nursing (RN) and Practical Nursing (LPN) students in 2017.
All students applying to the PN program at MassBay must take the HESI (A2) Exam. The exam assesses academic readiness and predicts success in the first semester.
