The MassBay Financial Aid Office typically disburses financial aid funds to the student’s account approximately 45 calendar days after the start of each semester.
Once financial aid funds are disbursed to the student’s account, the MassBay Student Accounts Office will begin processing Refund Checks if the awarded financial aid exceeds the charges on the student student’s account.
To obtain the status of your refund check, please log on to Bay Navigator (the campus portal) and select "View my Account Activity” under the finances section. If there is a refund posted to your account a check will be mailed within 14 days.
