Duties: As the Student Affairs Vice President at Massachusetts Bay Community College, my primary responsibility is to address the multifaceted non-academic needs of our diverse student body. With a dedicated focus on fostering a supportive and inclusive campus environment, I diligently work to alleviate challenges such as housing insecurities and food shortages that some of our students may face. By collaborating with local resources, community organizations, and college departments, I strive to implement practical solutions to ensure every student has access to secure housing and sufficient nutrition. In doing so, my role extends beyond traditional academic concerns to encompass the holistic well-being of our students, recognizing that a stable and nourishing environment is fundamental to their overall success and educational experience. Through proactive initiatives and a commitment to student advocacy, I aim to create a campus where every student feels supported, empowered, and equipped to thrive in their academic pursuits.

Why I joined SGA: I joined the Student Government Association (SGA) with a deep-seated desire to make a meaningful impact on our school community. Recognizing SGA's pivotal role in representing the student body, I am committed to being a voice that my fellow students can look up to and rely on. By actively engaging in the SGA, I aim to address the concerns and aspirations of our diverse student population, working towards initiatives that enhance the overall student experience. Whether advocating for improvements in campus facilities, fostering a more inclusive environment, or championing the causes that matter to students, I am dedicated to being a proactive force for positive change. Through my involvement in SGA, I aspire to contribute to a school environment where every student feels heard, valued, and empowered to shape their educational journey.
