MassBay Grad Accepted to Smith College

Elaina Martin WELLESLEY HILLS, Mass. (May 13, 2021) — Elaina Martin of Southborough, MA, has been accepted to Smith College in Northampton, MA, where she will study psychology in fall 2021. Elaina came to MassBay Community College after receiving her GED diploma. Elaina graduates from MassBay with a 4.0 GPA, has made the Dean’s List every semester, and was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. Her future career goals include working with children as a social worker or adjustment counselor in a school setting.

“I want to thank my parents and family for being incredibly supportive of me throughout my time at MassBay,” said Elaina.

Elaina will graduate with her associate of arts degree in liberal arts during MassBay’s virtual Commencement ceremony on Thursday, May 27, 2021.
