What is a ONECard?
The ONECARD is the official identification card of MassBay Community College and issued to every student and employee. The ONECARD is an essential key to campus life. In addition to being your official identification, the card is used for many other College services, including access to free shuttle services, the library, and to print or make photocopies on campus. Your ONECARD is the property of the College and should be carried with you at all times. It is not transferable. Altering or lending this card will subject the cardholder to disciplinary action.
Where can I use my ONE CARD on campus?
The MassBay ONECARD is accepted at many locations on all three campuses including the following locations:
- Network (library card): This card operates as the MassBay Community College Library Card for the Perkins Library on the Wellesley Hills campus and the Learning Resource Center on the Framingham campus. The Minuteman Library network information is on the back of your card. Privileges to take material from the library are granted to all MassBay Community College students and employees. Borrowing privileges may be suspended due to excessive fines or overdue materials.
- You will need a ONECARD to print from the college printers, whether student, faculty, or staff.
- Access to the Recreation and Wellness Center (RWC) on the Wellesley Hills campus. You will need your ONECARD to enter the RWC and to borrow equipment.
