Dr. Patty Diaz-Andrade is the Executive Director of OneGoal-Massachusetts, a college success organization that is working to dramatically increase the percentage of students from low-income communities who complete college. She is the former Senior Director of Education and Outreach on the Strategic Data Project for Harvard University’s Center for Education Policy Research, a former Achievement Coach and Senior Research Analyst for New York City’s Department of Education, and a Teacher and Reading Specialist in New York City and the Bronx. Diaz-Andrade received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University, a Master of Arts degree in Social Studies Education from Lehman College and a Master of Arts degree in Quantitative Methods of the Social Sciences from Columbia University, and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from New York University’s Steinhardt Graduate School. She is a resident of Quincy.
Diaz-Andrade was sworn in July 11, 2018 and her first board meeting is scheduled for September 2018. Her term will expire in 2021.
