The Help Desk at MassBay Community College has set up a Student Technology tutorial.
The first video, Overview of Technology Services, will walk you step-by-step through signing into your MassBay student email, how to determine your user name, how to reset your password, and how to sign into BlackBoard. BlackBoard is where you will find all of your course materials. This video is only five minutes long, and the BlackBoard instructions come in at 2:00 minutes.
The Student Technology Orientation page has short, easy-to-follow information and links to all the school technology resources and contacts for help. The Quick Links in the right sidebar are especially helpful.
NOTE: You can sign in to your student email, Bay Navigator, and BlackBoard at the bottom of the home page, and every page, of the MassBay website: https://www.massbay.edu
