The Help Desk at MassBay Community College has set up a Student Technology tutorial.
Connect to Student Technology Orientation
The first video, Introduction to OneLogin, will walk you step-by-step through signing into your MassBay applications using a secure, single-sign on using your user name and password. This page also shows how to reset your password, and how to access BlackBoard as one of the applications from the OneLogin view. BlackBoard is where you will find all of your course materials. This video is 8 minutes long.
The Student Technology Orientation page has short, easy-to-follow information and links to all the school technology resources and contacts for help. The Quick Links in the right sidebar are especially helpful.
NOTE: You can sign in to your student email, Bay Navigator, and BlackBoard at the bottom of the home page, and every page, of the MassBay website: https://www.massbay.edu
