Tina Mylon is Chief Talent and Diversity Officer for Schneider Electric, a global energy and automation company with approximately 130,000 employees in over 100 countries. Since 2016, she has led talent and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) transformations for the Group.
Tina’s portfolio includes talent acquisition, university recruitment, employer branding, leadership, development and learning, organization and team effectiveness, succession planning, diversity, equity and inclusion, well-being and culture transformation.
Tina is an active and recognized global leader on talent and diversity. She believes in the vital role of companies to help drive societal progress in areas of people development and equity and inclusion. She is a regular speaker at conferences and her work has appeared in numerous journals, including People & Strategy, World at Work, and Human Resource Executive. She represents Schneider Electric in the partnership with United Nations Women and serves as Sponsor for Schneider’s GoGreen student competition program for innovation.
Tina has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and the U.S. Prior to Schneider, she was Head of Talent Development for BASF and a Principal with Aon Hewitt (now Kincentric) in the talent consulting practice. As a history and educational studies major in college, Tina’s first job was as a high school history teacher. She is delighted to join the Foundation Board and to contribute her passion and experience in education and diversity.
