Student - First Time Tech - Step By Step

1 Look up your MassBay Login Credentials → This tool provides your MassBay Username, original password and Email address. If you have changed your password since coming to MassBay you may need to reset it.

 

2 Reset Your Password → You must register with the service to use it, registration is a one-time process. The videos show how to register and how to use the tool. If you encounter a problem with the Reset your Password tool or need help with the password reset, call the I.T. Helpdesk at 781-239-2440.

 

3 Log into Bay Navigator → Bay Navigator (also known as PeopleSoft) is the system that you use to sign up for courses, pay your bill, and request your transcript. The link provided here is to the video tutorials for using the BayNavigator system.

 

4 Log into your Student Email → The email system includes mail, documents, calendar, and many other applications. It also includes an online drive for storage. Your email account is the key communication system for the College. The link provided here is to the video tutorials for using the Email system and Outlook applications.

 

5 Log into Blackboard → Blackboard Learn (commonly referred to as “Blackboard“) is our learning management system. Faculty will use it to provide class content, issue assignments, conduct tests and other class work. The link provided here is to the video tutorials for using the Blackboard Learn system.

 

6 Print → You need a OneCard to print with MassBay printers. You get a $20 credit toward prints.
