He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from University of Massachusetts Boston and an Associate Degree from MassBay Community College in Computer Science. Eric is skilled in ServiceNow Instance Administration & Application Development, Java Programming, Mobile Software Development, Software Development, Web Development, and Microsoft Office. He utilizes his strong technical skills in challenging projects that ensure his clients achieve excellence and success through the use of available technologies and the ServiceNow Platform.
