Fast Facts
MassBay Community College has been serving the academic needs of our communities since our founding in 1961. While the majority of students attend MassBay from the MetroWest and Boston areas, our academic reputation has attracted students from throughout the United States and the world.
The College offers academic preparation for transfer to four-year institutions, career preparation for entry into high demand professions, job retraining and lifelong learning opportunities. MassBay is an accredited two-year co-educational public college, and maintains an open admissions policy.
A growing MetroWest presence, MassBay is home to the Felix Juliani Art Gallery, the Wellesley Symphony Orchestra, the MetroWest Youth Symphony Orchestra, and the All About Us Children’s Theater. All performances are open to the public.
