The Web Developer certificate introduces students to client- and server-side Web technologies. Students learn to design and develop database-driven web sites. This certificate provides students with the basic skills in client- and server-side scripting to build dynamic data-driven web applications. Students completing a Web Developer Certificate are proficient at creating web site structure and interactivity. They know how to use database tools and custom applications to prepare the site for dynamic presentation of content to visitors.

Students wishing to pursue this certificate should have completed MA 098 successfully, test into a 100-level Math course or have permission of the instructor.
