Gain an overview of the exciting hospitality industry through this comprehensive program. You'll receive an introduction to all aspects of the hotel, resort and restaurant management sectors, as well as critical thinking and communication skills necessary for dealing with the general public.

Students receive a broad background in general business administration and the liberal arts.

Upon completion, the Associate in Science Degree in General Business with a concentration in Hospitality Management is awarded.

  • Opportunities in tourism and hospitality are vast, with plenty of career options available in all facets of hotel and restaurant management.
  • You can continue with your education. MassBay has a number of transfer agreements with public and private four-year colleges and universities.

Students interested in both hospitality management and transferring to a senior institution to pursue a Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration should enroll in the Business Administration Transfer Program at MassBay and, under advisement of hospitality faculty, take selected hospitality-related courses.
