During the 2006-07 academic year, MassBay developed a five-year strategic plan that was approved by the Board of Trustees on June 19, 2007. The strategic plan, entitled Achieving Excellence, will ensure that the College maintains its constant commitment to its mission of student learning and open access.

This strategic plan is a cornerstone achievement of which all members of the MassBay community can be proud. If there is one common theme among the strategic priorities, it is that everything is possible with team work and togetherness. In MassBay’s ongoing quest for the achievement of excellence, we have come together to craft the plan, we are staying together to make that plan a reality, and we will work together to give MassBay a bright and promising future.
