Welcome to MassBay’s Human Resources Department
The role of Human Resources is to design, develop, and implement comprehensive human resources and payroll administration programs to serve the MassBay community and to attract, reward and retain high quality faculty and staff.
We provide services to prospective, current, and retired College employees. Working closely with department administrators, the Office of Human Resources is committed to delivering programs and services that make MassBay Community College an employer of choice. These include Human Resources, Labor Relations, Affirmative Action, Payroll Services and Employee Benefits.
