Faculty - Full Time
Full Time Faculty positions for Academic Year 2012-13
The following full time tenure track faculty positions are considered open until filled. Review of applications will begin upon receipt.
Individuals invited for interview will be expected to provide references. Interviews may include a teaching demonstration on an assigned topic. Finalists for a position must provide official transcripts.
SALARIES: Minimum of $38,464; maximum commensurate with qualifications and experience and consistent with the MCCC/MTA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
MassBay Community College seeks qualified part time instructors for the current and future semesters. Our adjunct instructors hold a Master’s degree in a related discipline and have obtained appropriate certification and/or licensure where applicable.
Screening for adjunct assignments begins with the receipt of applications and will continue until the course sections are filled. Applications should include a letter of intent citing specific interests and availability (please include preferences for Framingham or Wellesley Hills campus, days of the week/weekend, mornings, afternoons, evenings & etc.), along with a resume and the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of three references.

Nursing Program
MassBay Community College Department of Nursing is seeking adjunct faculty for the Spring 2012 semester. The areas of teaching include medical surgical nursing at the fundamental and advanced medical surgical levels as well as willingness to teach in acute hospital setting's; long-term care facilities and sub acute units. The spring semester starts January 23, 2012 and depending on the specific nursing course the clinical may be one or two nights a week, during the day or on the weekends.
Qualifications: MSN preferred but would consider a BSN; unrestricted RN license to practice nursing in Massachusetts; at least 5 years of Nursing experience in Medical/Surgical; or related area; two years of teaching experience in a clinical setting or skills laboratory setting.
