Strategic Planning and Institutional Effectiveness

Purpose and Functions

The Office of Strategic Planning and Institutional Effectiveness serves the following areas: strategic planning,institutional effectiveness,college-wide regional accreditation, and assessment.

Strategic Planning and Institutional Effectiveness

Working with the President, College leadership, and the Board of Trustees, Strategic Planning and Institutional Effectiveness oversees implementation, monitoring, and reporting on the College's Strategic Plan. Additionally, the Office’s staff holds responsibility for planning and recommending strategies to assess the extent to which the College achieves its strategic goals

The Office is also responsible for all institutional research activities, responding to data requests from external audiences, including state and federal agencies; and administering institution-wide surveys to faculty, staff, and students. Lastly, the Office works with the Provost Office and division Deans in assessing student learning outcomes across the College and coordinates the College's accreditation process.
