Statewide Leadership Team Guides Implementation

1.  Coordinate with State-Level and Regional Efforts
Such as working groups of employers and educational partners convened by:

  • Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development (e.g. Advanced Manufacturing)
  • Department of Higher Education (e.g. healthcare)
  • Workforce Investment Boards
2.  Develop Consortium-wide Approaches 
  • Through facilitation of consortium-wide development of common program designs, common curriculum for 6 target industry sectors and college readiness
  • Integrate with existing efforts (e.g. Advanced Manufacturing Collaborative)
3.  Support Local Implementation
  • Colleges implement programs informed by statewide work for common competencies, program designs, curriculum
