Craig E. Mack, Ed.D.
Craig has 20 years of experience working in both academic and student affairs in higher education. His research experience includes student satisfaction and retention using mixed-methods educational research methodologies.
Craig currently serves on the President’s leadership cabinet at MassBay Community College and is the grant administrator for the College’s Title III Grant from the U.S. Department of Education – Student Success Initiatives. In this role he focuses his work on enhancing faculty development to support teaching and learning strategies and improving student engagement; which includes the use of technology. He also works with the College’s academic support and student affairs division on student retention initiatives.
Prior to MassBay, Craig worked at Boston University for 12 years leading four different student affairs departments. Craig previously served as the President of the Association for Orientation, Transition, & Retention in Higher Education, a national higher education professional providing education, leadership, and professional development for college and university professionals.
Craig earned his Doctorate in Education Leadership from Johnson & Wales University, his M.Ed. from the University of South Carolina, and his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.Craig E. Mack, Ed.D.
