Massachusetts Bay Community College is pleased to help you with your meeting and event needs. With campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, MassBay is conveniently located to serve the Metrowest community, as well as Boston and its environs. Our skilled professionals are ready to accommodate your meeting requests, while providing a high level of customer service and technical expertise. And our acute attention to detail will ensure that your event exceeds expectations.

MassBay offers a variety of facilities to meet your needs.  From small group gatherings to large conferences, we have the meeting space to fit your objectives. Our John F. McKenzie Auditorium in Wellesley Hills has over 500 seats and state-of-the-art audio-visual technology. We have several conference rooms with varying capacity. And, of course, we have a large variety of classrooms, many of which are equipped with smart technology (computer, projector, and screen are already built into the room). In addition, our gymnasiums and athletic fields are also available for rent.

When you hold your event at MassBay, you can be confident that you will be supported by a dedicated team, committed to providing an unparalleled experience. Besides your event coordinator, you will be supported by specialists in facilities, IT, security, and administrative services. Full catering service is also available, with a wide range of menu options.
