Ms. Gerald is the Business Consultant for the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Business Center – Boston. In this position she connects Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) to contract opportunities with corporate buying communities. Additionally, she provides consulting and business development assistance to Center clients, and implements innovative programs and solutions that help MBEs achieve higher levels of operational performance and business success with public and private buying organizations.
Prior to joining the Business Center, Jeannette was Principal and CEO of JLA Associates, an independent Management Consulting firm that focuses on delivering strategic planning, business development and I/T and operations management services for its corporate and multicultural clients. Jeannette’s broad career experience has included positions with Fidelity Investments, Babson College, United Way of Massachusetts Bay, and FleetBoston Financial Corporation (now Bank of America).
