Lois Greenbaum earned her BA in English from SUNY, Buffalo.  She earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from BU .She has been at MassBay CC since 2006, after spending  several years at Middlesex CC. She teaches EN90, EN100, EN101, as well as Learning Strategies and Reading Methods. She authored the current “Guide to MLA Citation” used in the AAC.

Prior to teaching in a community college, she was an OTR clinician and supervisor, working in various institutional and community settings with developmentally disabled adolescents and adults. These included Fernald State School, Perkins School for the Blind, LifeLinks, and Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries. She specialized in pre-vocational and vocational training. She was the founding Director of the Morgan Memorial Day Habilitation Center in Salem.

Outside of MassBay, she enjoys living in Somerville with her husband, David. Although they moved over a year ago, their children have found them. The Red Sox keep her going….
