Professor Seideman has taught a variety of communications courses at MassBay, including Journalism, Broadcast Journalism, Public Relations, Communications and MassMedia.

Professionally, Prof. Seideman is an experienced public relations executive. He led all aspects of publicity programming for a $1 billion multi-technology product line; conducted more than 250 product launches; was a member of the leadership group that built a local PR agency into the fifth largest in New England; and founded a uniquely focused, award-winning, public relations firm specializing in imaging systems and technologies, was director of public information for an international civil rights organization, and was a news writer and editor for NBC News.

He is past president of the Boston Chapter of the Public Relations Society of American, is a former national board member of PRSA, and a past president of the Boston chapter of the Society of Imaging Science and Technology and a national vice president of the IS&T.

Prof. Seideman holds an MBA degree from Boston University, the APR accreditation of PRSA and has an E-learning certification from Northeastern University.  He has won awards for writing, photography and graphic design.
