Your dreams. Our mission.

How can I begin to see a personal counselor?

Any enrolled student can make a counseling appointment by coming in or calling Counseling Services in the Office of Student Development at either the Wellesley or Framingham campus. Appointments are generally available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm, excluding holidays and college breaks. Our service is free of charge for MassBay students. We do not bill your health insurance.

When you make your first appointment, you will simply be asked to provide us with your contact information and best way to reach you. There is no need to disclose why you want to see a counselor when you make an appointment. If you have an urgent need to see a counselor, please make this known when you are scheduling.

You may also specify a preference for seeing a male or female counselor.
