Admissions Process Overview
A prospect should apply to MassBay Community College by either using our Online application found on our website or by submitting a hard copy application. In addition, we need the applicant to submit a copy (unofficial is fine) of either their high school diploma or GED, as well as any college transcripts (Official copies).

Their next step should be to attend an applicable Information Session to find out specific requirements for their chosen course of study.

The applicant will receive a letter of acceptance into their major or certificate, or an acceptance into “General Studies” if they have applied to a “Selective” program such as Nursing, Radiology Technology, Automotive Technology, to name a few.

Applicants should then schedule Placement Tests in English, Reading and Math with the Testing Office.
