At MassBay, we understand how busy your life is. Each semester we offer over 100 non-credit online courses that you can take over your lunch break, from home, or even from a coffee shop in a distant place. You choose the day and time that works best for you.

Update your skills, discover a new talent, or chart a career path at your own pace with our instructor led online courses. Each course runs for 6 weeks and consist of 12 lessons. All you need to get started is Internet access, an e-mail address and a web browser.

How does online learning work?

Online courses cover the same material as campus-based courses. Our skilled teachers use online course sites, podcasting, and other technologies to build an online community of learners. You’ll have class discussions, assignments, projects, and deadlines just as you would in a campus-based course. You’ll also have to work just as hard, but you can contribute to discussions and complete your assignments any time of the day or night as long as you meet the deadlines.
